Well, TDCJ has the great idea that if two people get caught getting high or get caught with drug paraphernalia everyone in the section gets punished. It doesn't matter how long YOU have been following the rules if they break them 46 other inmates suffer. Let me tell you what happens to us rule followers....They first take your visits, like what happen to me this morning, they call your family and cancel your visit no matter how important it is to you...then they take all other privileges... including you religious rights. Now to me this is the definition of "CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT." The person in my section who got caught, is going home to the free world in three more days, so we have to suffer for his mess. The administration doesn't care what so ever ,this seems logical to them. This stupid punishment last 15 days.I can't communicate with my family because some other guy likes to get high. What about that makes since? I'm out
