I been missing in action for awhile I know, it's been stressful in here. It's probably just as stressful out there with bills and everything else that goes on. I talked to a guy today who's on his way home. Dude is scared to death to be released to the free world. I could not understand why he would want to stay here ,but he says he'll be back in no time. He told us he spent 18 years in here doing nothing but getting high and drinking. He has been up for parole 3 times in the past and was denied all three times so he just thought he would never go home. He wasted all those years now the time has come and he's terrified. I've been locked for 17 years. I started to wonder will I be nervous to be free, does this place get a hold of you so much that it becomes your home? Do some feel safer in the place with no rational? Does the mind not want the freedom ?That's crazy because most conversations are about what we miss from outside the walls. Why are some scared to go back to it?
